İhracat Radarı — Trade Intelligence and Export CRM SaaS
A multi-tenant SaaS that finds buyers from real shipment records, generates export documents and manages buyer outreach in a single panel.

Description
A multi-tenant SaaS that finds buyers from real shipment records, generates export documents and manages buyer outreach in a single panel.
Case study
Challenge
Turkish SMEs searched for new buyers using trade fair catalogues, scattered lists and expensive foreign data tools, then needed separate tools to move a company into CRM, quoting and email. It was hard to see which companies actually imported the same product.
Approach
We gathered customs-based shipment records in a separate, read-only data pool and combined buyer analysis, company intelligence, the trade fair catalogue, CRM and export documents in one panel on the SaaS core shared with TeklifRota. Candidates are ranked by an explainable score with adjustable weights.
Outcome
İhracat Radarı is live at ihracatradari.com.tr, with more than 18.7 million records across 180 buyer countries searchable and real tenants using the platform. Bulk email sending is ready and awaiting a controlled launch.

Details
İhracat Radarı (Export Radar) is a multi-tenant foreign trade intelligence and export CRM platform for Turkish SMEs and manufacturers that lack the resources to build an export department. It brings buyer discovery from real shipment records, company research, export paperwork and buyer outreach into one panel, and is live at ihracatradari.com.tr.
Context and need
A manufacturer looking for new buyers abroad usually works with trade fair catalogues, scattered Excel lists and expensive foreign data subscriptions. It is hard to see which company actually imports the same product, how often and from which country, and moving a promising company into CRM, quoting and email requires separate tools. İhracat Radarı was designed to bring that chain together in a single product. It is built on the SaaS core developed together with TeklifRota: tenant management, billing, authorisation and document infrastructure share the same foundation in both products.
Solution and scope
Buyer analysis from real shipment records
At the heart of the platform are shipment records based on customs declarations. More than 18.7 million records covering 2021–2026, 180 buyer countries and customs sources from Turkey, the USA, Russia and Ukraine are searchable; these figures come from a count on the database, not an estimate. Users search by product, HS code, country or company name and receive buyer and supplier matches, counterpart statistics, trade trends and shipment details. Candidate companies are ranked by a fit score built from volume, recency, supplier diversity, target market, multi-source evidence and reachability. Each company can adjust the score weights to its own strategy.
Company intelligence and Company Mirror
For each company found, the platform performs identity matching, collects official record evidence, enriches website and contact page data, matches multilingual company names and identifies decision makers. Decision makers are found from a cache, the company's own website and its corporate email pattern with MX validation; LinkedIn is never scraped. “Company Mirror” shows tenants their own footprint in customs, trade fair and web data, along with a sector and competitor view.
Trade fair catalogue
A catalogue of more than 2,000 trade fairs and over 17,000 exhibitors matches exhibitors against customs records. On the public site, trade fair pages by country, city and sector are generated programmatically, with a detail page for every fair.
Export CRM and documents
Searches can be saved and pushed to CRM with one click. The CRM includes companies, leads, opportunities, tasks, calendar and email screens. The commercial module covers quotes with revisions and approvals, orders, shipments, proforma invoices and packing lists. The approval engine holds a quote back in case of high discounts, missing or outdated freight evidence, manual price overrides, non-standard payment terms, missing packaging data or a missing HS code. Documents are generated as PDFs in Turkish, English or German with the company's logo, colour, signature and stamp fields; Excel export is also supported.
Buyer outreach
Tenants connect their own mailboxes via SMTP/IMAP, the Gmail API or Microsoft Graph. The campaign infrastructure includes recipient lists, a persistent send queue, daily limits and send intervals, unsubscribe and suppression lists, error classification and thread-based matching of replies to CRM records. Every campaign requires human approval before sending, a test send to a verified address and the selection of a legal basis. The sending module is currently kept switched off by a flag, pending a controlled launch.
Admin panel
The panel consists of the dashboard, search (candidates, saved searches, Company Mirror), CRM, commercial operations, a freight calculator, reports, alerts, websites, integrations, billing and users. Settings cover email, products, packaging, scoring, site, privacy and sessions. The superadmin monitors users, incoming requests, cloud costs, data health, trade fair merging and AI assistant access. The data health module flags stale figures and triggers their refresh, and the alert module raises the urgency of unanswered contact and quote requests the longer they wait.
Technical architecture
The backend runs Fastify 5 on Bun with Drizzle ORM and MariaDB; the public site and admin panel are built with Next.js 16, React 19 and Tailwind CSS v4. The backend comprises 39 modules and more than 160 tables. The customs data pool sits on a separate database server and the application accesses it read-only. Records are imported from exported files through bulk loading scripts; provider websites are not scraped. Web crawling runs in a separate crawler service with a queue and Redis, which blocks private IP and SSRF targets. In the multi-tenant model every table is scoped by tenant key, enforced by a guard that runs before each build. Roles are split into owner, admin, sales manager, sales and logistics. The public site is in Turkish; documents are produced in three languages.
SEO and performance
A dynamic sitemap, a separate sitemap for trade fairs, llms.txt, IndexNow, JSON-LD and hreflang alternates are in place, and robots rules welcome AI crawlers such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot. An audit in September 2026 closed 29 findings. In a single mobile Lighthouse run, performance rose from 63 to 82, accessibility from 97 to 100 and best practices from 79 to 100, while SEO stayed at 100.
Integrations and security
- AI assistants: ChatGPT (Actions) and Claude (remote MCP) can query tenant data via OAuth 2 with PKCE, sharing quotas and audit logging.
- Payments: signed payments, webhook verification and refunds via iyzico, plus bank transfer. Trial, starter, professional and enterprise plans run on a credit wallet.
- Other: Google Calendar and Google Tasks, multi-site management for tenant websites, and a server-side connection to the TeklifRota API for freight calculation.
- Security: argon2 password hashing, JWT secrets without defaults, AES-256-GCM encrypted and rotatable tenant secrets, strict rate limits on authentication endpoints, request/session/event audit logs and a GDPR/KVKK centre for data export and deletion.
Today
İhracat Radarı is live and in use by real tenants, with buyer analysis, company intelligence, the trade fair catalogue, CRM and document modules active. Bulk email sending is awaiting a controlled launch. Instant truck and sea freight comparison and an AI-assisted search plan are on the roadmap.
