Ensotek Turkey — Industrial Cooling Tower B2B Platform
An industrial cooling tower B2B platform for the Turkish market with a product catalog, document library and multilingual content management.

Description
An industrial cooling tower B2B platform for the Turkish market with a product catalog, document library and multilingual content management.
Case study
Challenge
Ensotek's export-market sites did not fit buyers in Turkey: local expectations such as Turkish URLs, KVKK consent and WhatsApp contact were missing. The sales team also had to ask for capacity data from scratch with every enquiry.
Approach
A separate Turkish-first site with Turkish URLs was built; on top of the shared Ensotek packages, only four site-specific modules were added. The capacity calculator, consent-based datasheet request, logo reference archive and knowledge base were placed along the buyer's decision questions.
Outcome
ensotek.com.tr is live in Turkish and English; visitors can pre-size a tower and attach the result to their quote request. Enquiries appear in the panel, on Telegram and by email at the same time, and quotes can be issued as PDFs on Ensotek letterhead.
Tools
Next.js, React, TypeScript, Fastify, Drizzle ORM, MySQL, Bun, Zod, next-intl, Tailwind CSS, React Query, Redux Toolkit
Key Features

Design Highlights
The home page reads like a technical briefing: process animation, tower types, industries, FAQ
Contact built around Turkish buyers' habits: fixed WhatsApp on mobile, short forms, KVKK consent
Turkish paths (/urunler, /teklif-al, /hesap-makinesi) paired with English equivalents via hreflang
Light/dark theme switch, lightbox and sections revealed on scroll
The calculator flags implausible input and recommends engineering review for out-of-range approach
Details
In Turkey, the need for a cooling tower at a cement, food or power plant often starts with a maintenance engineer's phone call: “Which tower fits this flow rate, is there a datasheet, can I message you on WhatsApp?” ensotek.com.tr is Ensotek's manufacturer site for the Turkish market, designed to answer those questions before the visitor picks up the phone. It is a Turkish-first B2B platform with Turkish URLs, a pre-sizing tool, a consent-based datasheet request and fast contact channels that deliver qualified enquiries to the sales team.
Requirements
Ensotek's German and English sites were built for export markets, but buyers in Turkey behave differently. They search in Turkish, expect Turkish URLs, want a short route to a quote and prefer WhatsApp for contact. Under Turkey's data protection law (KVKK), every form that collects personal data needs explicit consent. On top of that, the sales team wanted enquiries to arrive with basic process data instead of having to ask “how many kW do you need?” every time. The site was built around these three realities: local language, local law and quotes that start with engineering data.
Solution and scope
A home page that explains the decision
The home page reads less like a showcase and more like a short technical briefing: a hero with product showcase, an animated four-step “How it works” section on the cooling process, tower types explaining open versus closed and counterflow versus crossflow designs, product series, technical specifications, industries served, advantages, a global reach map, customer testimonials, FAQs and contact.
Capacity calculator
On the calculator page visitors enter water flow rate, inlet and outlet water temperature and wet-bulb temperature; the tool instantly calculates the approximate heat load (Q = flow × 1.163 × temperature difference), the cooling range and the approach. It flags implausible inputs and recommends an engineering review when the approach falls outside the typical selection range. The “Request Quote With Result” button carries the calculated values, tagged with their source, into the contact form, so sales sees the enquiry together with flow and temperature data.
Products, references and knowledge content
- Products: four cooling tower products and 13 spare parts, with product gallery, technical description and a “Download Technical Datasheet” button.
- Datasheet request: a short consent-based form (name, company, email, phone); the PDF link is emailed and the request is recorded.
- References: an archive of 455 companies with logos.
- Gallery: four galleries for open-circuit towers, closed-circuit towers, site installations and spare parts.
- Knowledge base: nine articles in Turkish and English on cooling tower types, selection and maintenance.
- Company, quote and contact: certificate grid, a detailed quote form and a catalogue request dialog.
Admin panel
The Ensotek team manages all content from the panel: products, categories and subcategories; gallery, references, customer reviews and library; blog/knowledge pages, FAQs, slider, services, menu and footer. On the sales side, quotes, catalogue and datasheet requests, contact messages, support tickets and newsletter subscribers are tracked in one place. Theme settings, email templates, Telegram notification templates, users, roles and the audit log are part of the panel as well. Quotes can be turned into a PDF document on Ensotek letterhead.
Technical architecture
The front end runs on Next.js 16, React 19, next-intl, React Query and Tailwind CSS v4; the back end on Fastify 5, Drizzle ORM, MySQL, Zod and Bun. Within the Ensotek family, ensotek.com.tr relies most heavily on the shared package layer: almost all API endpoints come from shared backend modules, with only four site-specific modules (dashboard, FAQs, footer sections, theme). The quote module is shared too; the only site-specific part is the Ensotek-branded PDF template, which is injected into the module. The site has its own database and shares no data with the other Ensotek sites.
- Language and URLs: Turkish by default, English second; paths are translated per language (/tr/urunler – /en/products, /tr/teklif-al – /en/offer, /tr/hesap-makinesi – /en/capacity-calculator) and paired via hreflang with an x-default.
- Structured data: Organization, WebSite and address data; FAQPage on the home page, Article on blog posts, brand data on products; plus llms.txt for AI-driven search.
- Usability: light/dark theme switch, image lightbox, sections revealed on scroll and a fixed WhatsApp button on mobile.
Integrations
- Telegram notifications and SMTP email for quotes, contact and catalogue requests
- Branded PDF quote documents generated with Puppeteer
- GA4, with the measurement ID managed from the panel
- A read-only content API for the Tanitio marketing platform
- Product and reference images optimised via Cloudinary
Today
ensotek.com.tr is live in Turkish and English. Visitors can review a product and get its datasheet, roughly size their tower and attach the result to a quote request, or message the team on WhatsApp with a single tap. The team sees these enquiries in the panel, on Telegram and by email at the same time.
